Description: 1991 cover from Gladstone, Oregon to Tipaza, Algeria incorrectly addressed and returned to sender. Three French Post and Telecommunication seals were applied at top and left edges, one of which is tied on reverse with a partial boxed "Arrived in this state" (translation) marking. Backstamped with a November 2nd Algiers transit postmark.
Another nearly identical design is known, having a bolder font in the first text line.
