Group 3C seals, also from the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, are similar to Group 3B seals except that the Uighur text is written in a Latin font.

Description: Large 1981 official postal envelope from Lhasa, Tibet to Kodari, Tibet with single registered letter seal affixed to backflap.

These seals were primarily used for security on mailing of registered articles between post offices.
