Description: Unclaimed 1950 domestic cover from Bucaramanga, Colombia to Barranquilla with single Colombian official seal affixed along left edge. Letter was incorrectly addressed and opened by the Dead Letter Office in Bogata to determine sender. Scarce seal on cover.
