SZ 20 at Ludd Junction, Palestine to Cairo, Egypt with two 3rd design Egyptian official seals affixed to backflap. Cairo transit cancel of Jan 12th on reverse. Seals cancelled with black "DELIVERY / CAIRO" datestamps of Jan 13th. One of 5 recorded perf 12 1913 issue covers.
