Description: Domestic 1941 stampless official mail originally sent from Klaksvig to the Foreign Exchange Authority at Thorshavn, and reclosed at top with three Faroe Islands seals. Envelope was readdressed to a commercial bank and reposted with the addition of a violet 10 øre postage stamp at Thorshavn.
