Brown post office explantory label with Tokyo March 31, 1913 datestamp affixed to front which states: "This article has been returned from / the country of destination as undeli- / vered, on examination of the contents / by virtue of Article XIV of the Po- / stal Law, it is presumed to have been / Posted by you and is now returned / to you, after being sealed officially."
