Description: Local cover sent in 2001 from Basseterre, St. Kitts to Dieppe Bay "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" and repaired with red "Royal Mail" seal. A rather unusual "RECEIVED IN TAPE CONDITION" handstamp was also applied on the reverse.
