Printing: Blue on white scalloped edge paper

Inscription: circular crown over post horn over "POSTOBLAT" ("Postal seal")

Description: 1946 cover from Arendal, Norway to Kamloops, British Columbia Norwegian official seal affixed on backflap. These seals were intended to be used with "OBLATSTEMPEL" ("Postal sealing stamp") labels, to seal insured/money letters.
