Description: Unlisted Omani official seal affixed to bottom of 2004 cover from Seethathode, India to Seeb, Oman that was undelivered as addressee was "Unknown." Bilingual August 18, 2004 Seeb datestamp struck on label before attachment.

Only recorded use of this seal to date.
