Description: 1928 cover from France "Via Siberia" damaged in transit and repaired in Shanghai with three Chinese seals on July 18. Upon arrival in Manila, where it was "RECEIVED IN BAD ORDER," two Philippine Islands seals were also affixed at top to complete the repairs.
An extremely scarce multiple country seals usage!
