This seal has been seen used only for censorship purposes to date.

Description: 1986 cover from Yannawa (a Bangkok post office), Thailand to Kranuan, District of Khon Kaen, Thailand with a single 6th design (thicker red outer frame line) official seal affixed over the left edge. The blue manuscript "address broad" at upper left indicates that address was not specific enough. Red arrow "Return to Sender" struck at top.
