Description: 1939 Prexie franked air mail cover from Mobile, AL to Port Of Spain, Trinidad "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" and repaired with seven Type II seals, all tied by Port of Spain datestamps.
On the Type II seal, the "S" in "SEALED" is 1.25mm from the crown. Updated May 18, 2008
